THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE AP-HP HEADQUARTERS ENTRUSTED TO BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE, APSYS AND RATP SOLUTIONS VILLE
The consortium led by BNP Paribas Real Estate, in association with Apsys and RATP Solutions Ville, has unanimously won the tender launched by Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris to upgrade its headquarters, located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.
The 26,500 sq.m. property complex is subject to an 80-year construction lease. With a project that is inclusive and open to the city, a social and solidarity-based program and a high level of environmental performance, the consortium aims to develop the first « mission » property complex in Paris thanks to :
A mixed program, open to the city, inclusive and supportive: social housing, a residence for young working people, a women’s center, a supportive drop-in center, a supportive concierge service, offices, local shops, services, a covered market, an SSE, a health center, a mobility center, etc.
A renovation that embodies the environmental transformation of Haussmann’s Paris and that is already compatible with the future bioclimatic PLU of the City of Paris that will come into force in 2024.
The building complex, with nearly 26,500 square meters of floor space, is subject to an 80-year construction lease.
