A protocol of employment agreement in the future Neyrpic hub was signed on Monday, January 24 in Saint-Martin d’Hères (38) by eight partners: Apsys, the State represented by the Department Directorate of Employment, Labor and Solidarity, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, the Isère Department, Grenoble-Alpes Metropolis, the City of Saint-Martin-d’Hères, Pôle Emploi, and the Local Mission of Saint-Martin-d’Hères.

Through this agreement, the signatories undertake to collaborate in order to propose a concerted and comprehensive service offer that will make it possible to identify job-seeker candidates suited to the needs of the project and to organize appropriate recruitment and training actions.

Employment is a priority issue for Neyrpic. With this in mind, in 2016 we signed a charter with the French Building Federation of Isère to give priority to using local companies for the project, and in September 2021 we signed a partnership agreement with the PLIE Grenoble-Alpes Métropole.

The aim of all these initiatives is to facilitate the creation and/or maintenance of the 1,300 jobs during the construction phase and 800 during the operating phase that will be generated by the project and, more generally, to contribute to the economic development of the region.
