OUR SITES ARE FULL OF ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATIONS

Already certified Excellent in 2016, Beaugrenelle Paris is the 1st French shopping venue to have obtained BREEAM-IN-USE Excellent certification awarded according to a new, even more demanding standard. This new certificate attests to the centre’s remarkable environmental performance. Among the latest initiatives of the Beaugrenelle teams: the creation of a marketplace between retailers to reuse shop furniture, the launch of a digital platform for the reuse of materials extracted from the shells under construction, the implementation of an urban agriculture project on the roof over 7,000 sqm with Wesh Grow and the development of a CSR manifesto to underpin the approach of the site, which has been very committed since its conception since it was a pilot site for the development of the HQE commerce benchmark.

The Dix Solférino exceptional requalification of the former headquarters of the French Socialist Party, which will soon house the headquarters of Interparfums, has obtained the dual BREEAM and HQE certification at the Excellent level, in the design phase. This dual certification attests to the virtuous choices that guided this restructuring.

Steel, which opened its doors on September 20, 2020 in Saint-Etienne, received BREEAM Very Good certification in the construction phase and particularly stands out in terms of waste treatment, energy management, landscape and ecology. The redevelopment of the 160,000 m2 of industrial wasteland (decontaminated and asbestos-free) on which Steel is being built has been a real challenge, as part of a virtuous process of urban redevelopment. Steel is also applying for the Biodivercity label, which has already been validated in the design phase.

« This harvest of benchmark certifications rewards the efforts undertaken by Apsys’ teams, who are committed, in the design and construction phases, as well as in operation, to maximising the positive impacts of our projects and assets », Eléonore Villanueva Marketing Communication and CSR Director
