Apsys has sold the Dix Solférino, a historic asset whose origins date back to the 18th century, to Interparfums for €125m, in line with market values and the excellence of this high-end office programme, which has 3,600 sqm of interior space and nearly 700 sqm of courtyards and terraces.

Interparfums will establish its headquarters at Dix Solférino in spring 2022. Apsys had acquired this real estate complex in December 2017 and carried out a real estate consolidation work (through the successive purchase of buildings and car parks) and very important renovation works, so as to restore it to its full splendour. The redevelopment project, entrusted to Jean-Paul Viguier & Associés, combined restoration in accordance with the rules of the art, achieving a high level of performance and comfort (in terms of energy, heat, acoustics, home automation) and taking into account new uses. Interparfums’ teams will benefit from a collection of high value-added work spaces, conducive to creation and exchange, richly landscaped outdoor areas and a wide range of services.

Le Dix Solférino is part of Apsys’ strategy to diversify into all the functions that make up the city (housing, hotels, offices, urban logistics, etc.) and, following the First housing programme in Metz, illustrates the property company’s expertise in functions other than retail. In line with Apsys’ demanding CSR strategy, the Dix Solférino is seeking two benchmark certifications: BREEAM Excellent and HQE Excellent.

« Le Dix Solférino is in line with Apsys’ historical expertise in the requalification of places with high heritage value and our strategy of diversification to all the functions that make up the city, also illustrated by our emblematic urban operation of Bordeaux Saint-Jean, » says Maurice Bansay, Chairman and founder of Apsys.

« We thought of the Dix Solférino as the showcase for a new art of working: a showcase that celebrates collective intelligence, develops quality of life at work, and deploys a high level of technological and environmental performance and comfort. We are very pleased that Interparfums, a very fine French company, is taking up residence here, » added Fabrice Bansay, Group Managing Director.
