ACCORDING TO A BVA STUDY, MORE THAN 7 OUT OF 10 INHABITANTS OF GRENOBLE-ALPES METROPOLE HAVE A GOOD IMAGE OF NEYRPIC
Eager to meet the expectations of the inhabitants of the Grenoble metropolitan area as closely as possible, Apsys commissioned an opinion survey from the BVA* institute, which aimed to measure the actual local perception of the Neyrpic project. Among the key findings of the study, it emerged that more than 7 out of 10 residents of Grenoble-Alpes Métropole have a good opinion of Neyrpic, perceive it as a pleasant place to live and entertain, and plan to visit it when it opens.
Neyrpic is an ambitious and virtuous project to create a place of life and exchange within the framework of the former Neyrpic factories, located in the heart of Saint-Martin d’Hères. A hybrid and experiential place, Neyrpic will mix leisure and entertainment, cafes and restaurants, shops and services, public and creative spaces… For the requalification of this jewel of regional industry, Maison Edouard François has designed an architecture that is both creative, respectful of the memory of the place and exemplary in terms of energy efficiency, soft mobility and the return of nature in the city.
*Telephone survey conducted on 500 inhabitants of the Grenoble Metropolis, in July 2020.
