THE APPOINTMENT OF YVES CADELANO AND FRANÇOIS AGACHE
APSYS announces the appointment of Yves Cadelano as Managing Director for France, as of 1 September 2020. He will report to Fabrice Bansay, Group CEO. With the recruitment of this seasoned real-estate professional, the property developer is strengthening its leadership team with a view to implementing its business plan.

After beginning his career at the Stade de France and Disneyland Paris, Yves Cadelano joined Club Méditerranée in 1999 as Research Director, in charge of redeveloping and upgrading sites in France and abroad. In 2004, he joined the Casino Group where he took an active part in creating the Mercialys property development company, of which he became the Deputy CEO in 2006. In 2012, he joined the Carrefour Group as CEO of Carrefour Property France. There, he played a pivotal role in forming commercial real-estate company Carmila. He became the deputy CEO of Carmila in April 2014, while continuing to manage Carrefour Property. In 2017, he was appointed Real-Estate Director of the Group and joined the Management Committee for France at the Carrefour Group. At the start of 2019, Yves Cadelano used his twenty-five years’ of experience to support large companies, creating his own consulting firm.
Apsys also announces the appointment of François Agache as Deputy CEO in charge of Operations, on 2 June 2020.
François Agache, a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris, has developed his career over thirteen years within the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield group and its subsidiaries. He began as Head of Projects (2006-2010) before occupying the position of Programme Director on major mixed-use projects under development between 2011 and 2013, notably the Tour Triangle, Paris. At the end of 2013, he moved to Viparis, a subsidiary of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield group dedicated to Conferences and Exhibitions, as Development Director, mainly in charge of modernising the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center. From 2017, he continued his career at Viparis as Investment and Asset Management Director and, in this role, as a member of the Executive Committee.
