Responding point by point to the conditions set by the authorities, Beaugrenelle obtained today from the Paris Administrative Court the immediate suspension of the closure order of which it was the subject and therefore will open its doors on Wednesday May 20th. Beaugrenelle challenged the prefectural decree of May 13th, 2020 pronouncing its closure until July 10th, 2020 in front of the Paris Administrative Court.
“Beaugrenelle meets point by point the conditions set by the authorities: an useful commercial area of less than 40,000 SQM, a catchment area limited to the living area (which is the case in the absence of tourists), the respect of health protocols (were carefully anticipated by the Beaugrenelle teams) » specifies the lawyer of Beaugrenelle, Me Vincent Brenot, partner of the law firm August Debouzy.

« We are delighted with this wise decision, fully justified and which will allow the hundred tenants of Beaugrenelle, who have been strongly hit by the health crisis like all actors in the sector, resume their activity and our consumers to come back safely to Beaugrenelle from May 20yh. It is with responsibility and with the will to relaunch as quickly as possible the activity of an entire ecosystem representing more than 1100 jobs that we have led this successful battle ” says Maurice Bansay, Founding President of Apsys, co-owner of Beaugrenelle and site manager.
