APSYS ACQUIRED THE PROJECT LAND NEYRPIC AND STARTS THE WORKS

Apsys acquired on December 19 from Territoires 38, developer of the ZAC Neyrpic on behalf of the town hall of Saint-Martin-d’Hères, the 4.5 hectares of land that will make it possible to carry out the requalification project of the old Neyrpic factories. The Neyrpic project makes it possible to transform this flagship of the industrial heritage of the Grenoble conurbation into a place of life and sharing with high added value. The start of works is immediate, with a view to opening in 2022.

 

Apsys, specialist in complex urban operations, acquired on December 19 from Territoires 38, developer of the ZAC Neyrpic on behalf of the town hall of Saint-Martin-d’Hères, the 4.5 hectares of land that will allow to realize the project to re-qualify the old Neyrpic factories (shutdown for several decades). The virtuous and ambitious Neyrpic project makes it possible to transform this flagship of the industrial heritage of the Grenoble conurbation into a place of life and sharing with high added value. The start of works is immediate, with a view to opening in 2022.

The ZAC Neyrpic with a surface area of ​​21 hectares has made it possible to host multiple activities including the Pôle Santé Axone, Pôle Emploi, ALEC (Local Energy and Climate Agency), the CIO (Information and ‘Orientation). Ultimately, the Neyrpic project and all of the programs carried out on the Neyrpic ZAC will total 90,000 sqm of floor space «
