This year again, MAPIC 2019 will be an opportunity for Apsys to reveal a rich actuality, with several operations consolidating the group’s strategy and highlighting in particular two of the main themes of the exhibition this year: the customer experience and the retail mix.

Opening of a Galeries Lafayette department store in Beaugrenelle Paris
Galeries Lafayette arrives in Beaugrenelle! As part of its reinvention strategy for its French network, the brand chose Beaugrenelle to set up a new concept of modern, fun and experiential department store. On 6000 sqm,the Galeries Lafayette de Beaugrenelle will offer a rich and cutting-edge fashion and beauty offer, complementary to the Beaugrenelle offer to welcome this prestigious guest, the Panoramic de Beaugrenelle island has had a makeover: a magnified canopy – the architects Valode & Pistre extended the kaleidoscopic motif of the glass roof over 2 floors. Essential address for premium and trendy shopping in Paris, Beaugrenelle welcomes a mix of exceptional brands in the worlds of fashion, beauty, home, leisure and flavors, as well as an ever-changing cast of pop-up stores (a concept, « The Collection By », is even dedicated to the ephemeral reception of innovative or more confirmed labels). As part of its brand rotation strategy, Beaugrenelle is constantly improving its merchandising mix. So joined our flagship store: Como, Rituals, Etam, My Jolie Candle, the spectacular new concepts from Nike and Tommy Hilfiger and, soon, Marie Sixtine, Sessün and Maison Plisson.

Bordeaux Saint-Jean, the creation of an urban ideal (33)
In a city recognized for its art of living, Bordeaux Saint-Jean aims to create a new urban ideal close to the station: an inclusive, lively and virtuous district that combines functions, anticipates new uses and develops numerous living spaces and sharing. Designed by Maison Edouard François, the project’s architecture, contemporary and respectful of the Bordeaux soul, deploys a strong and fruitful gesture: the creation of a pedestrian axis that relieves the station at the Garonne and extends the experience of the platforms. A true island of freshness, Bordeaux Saint-Jean reintroduces nature into the city thanks to a meridian in the open ground and the presence of plants and water. Place of meetings and exchanges with its alleys and small squares where life is good, Bordeaux Saint-Jean will be a precursor of the city and the lifestyles of tomorrow.

Neyrpic will be a hybrid, experiential and energizing place where shops, leisure, sports and nature will be intrinsically linked.
