The project Neyrpic, developped by Apsys on the site of the former eponymous factories in Saint-Martin-d’Hères, obtained this Thursday 3rd of May its building permits. This vibrant and plural place, mixing shops, restaurants, cafés, event programmation, sports and leisure will open in 2020.

« The obtention of this building permit is a very important advance for this project on which Apsys works for several years. It hold to our heart because this is the incarnation of our vision of the city and the commercial property. We though it as an innovative and federating living space, mixing shops, urbanity, nature, sports and leisure », said Maurice Bansay, Apsys’ Chairman.

On the commercial level, Neyrpic will have a complementary to what’s already existing programming. A protocole was signed in this way by Grenoble-Alpes Métropole, Saint-Martin d’Hères and Apsys, which provide for the non transfer of some brands of the city centre of Grenoble. Neyrpic’s offer, made of 9 medium-sized stores, 86 shops and 20 cafes and restaurants, will propose a collection of inovative brands and concepts.

Neyrpic’s architecture, made by the prestigious Maison Edouard François, is commited to sublime this flaghship of the regional history, through a memorial and creative architectural project. The most remarquable original buildings will be kept and renovated in a raw inventive spirit. Finally, the historic axis linking the Gabriel Peri Avenue to the Maison Communale will be transformed in a green flow of 300 metres : « The Corso ».

Finally  on an environmental side, Neyrpic aims the BREEAM Very Good certification, the european label of the commercial property.
