Respect for the environment is at the core of each Apsys project: for each site a specific study is conducted which pays attention to the essential factors inherent to local geography, history and circulation.

Each scheme is based on a perfect knowledge of a particular site’s DNA, thus meeting the needs of the population and finding its place naturally in the local architectural and geographic environment.

BEAUGRENELLE: AN EXAMPLARY PROJECT 

Apsys has committed to a proactive, responsible approach to environmental issues, which features in each scheme. With the Beaugrenelle project, we are planning on obtaining a double certification, the HQE (High Quality Environmental standard) certification and a certified BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) assessment.
 

In an urban, Parisian environment, construction work on the the Beaugrenelle site has been planned carefully so as to limit nuisances. Rubble is ferried out, which limits the need for lorries in the city-centre. On its own construction sites, Apsys maintains a responsible attitude towards the environment.
