Les Ateliers in Saint Martin d’Hères create a new connection between retailing, services, and the campus and cultural life of a city that looks ahead to the future.

The project reinvents the city-centre and turns it into a genuine meeting place. For instance, the main square, with the space dedicated to the UCPA (National Association for Outdoor Sports Centres), will be the venue for regular events that will bring people together and follow the seasons: around the ice-rink in the wintertime, around sporting events in the summer.

By using the latest technologies in reduced energy consumption, reduced pollution and recycling, Les Ateliers are pioneering a centre that genuinely respects the environment.
