On 23 January, 2012, Apsys, which has been an operator in Russia since 2008 and a co-investor, along with Foncière Euris, in the LETO shopping centre in Saint Petersburg, sold its shares to its local partner Sistema Halls.

The SCI Beaugrenelle has chosen MAPIC, the unique yearly event for commercial real estate, to unveil the new visual identity of the Beaugrenelle project, the project the whole city holds its breath for, slated for completion in the spring 2013.

According to an agreement settled on 25 October, 2011, Apsys Group has taken over the totality of the shares of the Amphithéâtre de Metz SCCV, which had been a 50-50 partnership between Apsys Group and ING Real Estate Development France.

Apsys was granted approval by the Commission Départementale d’Aménagement Commercial (the département’s Commercial Urban Planning Commission) for its 2,400-square-meter scheme “Les Ateliers” in Saint-Martin-d’Hères in the Isère region (French Alps).

So as to follow the dynamic created by its French projects, notably in Beaugrenelle, La Villette and Metz, Apsys Group adds new talent to its Commercialization and Marketing Department: Frédérique Poullet is hired as Junior Commercial Director; Tuan Nguyen is Commercial Manager and Yoann Fourel is in charge of Commercialization. The Department, headed by Marc Wainberg, welcomes another addition: Fanny Faucompré, Marketing and Communication Manager.

Fabrice Bansay is nominated as Managing Director of Apsys Polska, the Polish subsidiary of Apsys Group, global operator in commercial real estate. On 25 March 2011, Philippe Duron, Mayor of Caen and Representative for Calvados at the French Parliament, Maurice Bansay, Founding CEO of Apsys, Yves Rufa, Founding CEO of Safaur and their Partners Investir Immobilier, SHEMA, DLD attended the ceremony during which the first stone of the “Rives de l’Orne” was laid, launching the construction of what will be a new, unique neighbourhood. It will combine offices, housing, retailing and leisure, and create 28,000 sqm of retailing space.
