Apsys was originally founded in Poland in 1997; it then moved back to France 5 years later when it started launching projects in France and established its headquarters in France.

In Poland, the Apsys group is one of the prominent players in commercial real estate, through its realizations – most notably Manufaktura in Lodz – and its third-party management activity as the manager of 14 shopping centres that cover about 600,000 sqm.
